Distribution

Emerand Coast Weddings and Events Magazines are distributed all along the Emerald Coast, from Mexico Beach, FL to Gulf Shores, AL. We are currently expanding into the southeastern states, including Alabama, Georgia, and Mississippi. The Walton County and Destin area Chambers of Commerce have agreed to mail out copies of Emerald Coast Weddings and Events to all wedding inquiries. We are also participants in annual bridal expos throughout the Emerald Coast and Alabama. We will also be participating in Atlanta shows as well, where this publication will be freely distributed. Approximately 50,000 magazines are distributed annually.

Terms

• Net 30 days from invoicing

• Visa, MasterCard, or American Express is accepted

• Accounts not paid within the above terms are subject to a late payment finance charge computed at 1.5% per month (18% annual percentage rate) on any balance due 30 days after billing

• Clients of advertising agencies are responsible for all debts incurred by the agency on their behalf. A signed letter of agency-client agreement is required with insertion orders, or client is to sign a space commitment contract.

Deadlines

• Space reservations and ad copy must be submitted the first of the month prior to publication month.
